1. Software Licenses & Digital Goods

• All software products including protectors, drivers, and utilities are licensed, not sold
• License keys are non-transferable between users or devices
• Volume licensing available for enterprise customers with custom terms
• Refunds available within 14 days if license key has not been activated
• Special licensing terms apply for SenseLock USB dongles and JavaCard solutions

2. Hardware Products

• SenseLock USB dongles come with 2-year hardware warranty against defects
• JavaCard smart cards must be handled with care - physical damage not covered
• Return policy: 30 days for unopened hardware in original packaging
• Custom hardware solutions require 50% deposit with balance due before shipment

3. IT Consultations

• Minimum 1-hour booking required for all consultations
• Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice required or full fee charged
• All consultations are confidential under NDA unless otherwise agreed
• Remote consultations conducted via secure Zoom or Teams links
